Our March book is “The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store” by James McBride. This tense drama reveals the tensions between the three groups of disparate folks who inhabit the top of the hill, the valley at the bottom of the hill, and the middle ground. All visit the Heaven and Earth Grocery Store but otherwise have nothing to do with each other - except for secrets and murder.
