Ladies Book Club

Join us for our next gathering on Fri, Apr 4 (please note the date change) at 10:30 am in room 306 where we’ll discuss “News of the World" by Paulette Jiles.  A young girl captured and adopted by a tribe of Native Americans is being forcibly returned to her White family by a former Civil War Captain who "reads the news" to folks unable to read or afford a newspaper. Their trip to her home family is "interesting" to say the least. Join us for our discussion of this lively novel.
